When i was doing the final trimming on the left flap hinge, I accidentally got the hinge turned around and cut the end incorrectly. Ordered new hinge material (the wider version in case I needed it for edge distance) and made a new left hinge.
Then I made the aileron centering jig per the plans. Set up first bellcrank and used a drill to open the bellcrank and bushing. Was not satisfied with the fit (still some binding) so I ordered 1/4 and 3/8 reamers from Cleaveland Tool.
