I tranferred the 60 degree spacing pattern onto one end of the W-716 tube. Set up some supports to help hold the tube level while drilling. The rod end was slightly loose in the tube, so I held it in place with several pieces of tape. Center punched the first mark and drilled #40 all the way through and out the other side. Cleco'd the holes, then centerpunched and drilled a second hole all the way through. Cleco'd holes and did the same for a third hole. Final drilled to #30 one hole at a tme, clecoing as I went.
