Brief Description:  Deburr and Dimple Top Skin

Removed the top skin from the skeleton and edge finished with files and scotchbrite. Used the V block I made for riveting the falp as a support whle edge finishing and deburring. Deburred all holes inside and out. Scuffed the inside with scotchbrite.

Dis-assembled the skeleton and deburred the top holes on the ribs and spar. Scuffed with scotchbrite and used the squeezer to dimple the ribs and spar. Used the close quarters dimple dies with my shortened mandrel to dimple the trailing edge holes in the end ribs.

Used the edge roller tool to put a small bend in the top skin where it overlaps the bottom skin.

Set up the C-frame to finish dimpling the top and bottom skins. Used my bending tool to bend the trailing edge of the top skin to close the gap with the bottom skin. Got close with the bender and did a few final tweaks with the seaming pliers.
