Brief Description: Dimple, Wash and Prime Right Flap
I used the C-frame to finish dimpling the flap skins. Washed all the parts in Dawn dish soap and warm water and set aside to dry.
While parts were drying I made the stand to hold the flap from some plywood and 4 x 4s I had in the shop. Used a flap end rib to mark the cut-out and cut it with a circular saw. Used the first as a template to make the other end match exactly, then screwed the ends onto the 4 x 4s.
Once parts were dry, I primed all with NAPA 7220 self-etching primer.
