Edge finished and deburred the end ribs for the flap. On initial assembly of the skeleton I realized I had one FL-704R and one FL-704L. The right flap requires two FL-704Rs, so I found the correct part and edge finished and deburred it. I cleco'd the skeleton together and drilled the ribs to the spar, disassembled and deburred all the holes.
I made the two FL-708 pieces from stock and edge finished them.
I removed the blue plastic from the bottom skin and edge finished and deburred the skin. Cleco'd the skin to the sleleton and began looking at shims for the interior ribs.
