I deburred the holes in the spar and the A-408 reinforcements.
I put the aft skin in the bending rig and used a 1/4 inch dowel initially, then the 3/16 and finished the bend with no dowel inserted. I alternated sides to try and keep the bend straight. This bend went much better than the right aileron, mainly because I knew what to expect and how much force was required. Results were a good straight trailing edge skin.
Finished the day by edge finishing and deburring leading edge ribs.
