Brief Description: Rivet Left Aileron Stiffeners and Prep Spar
I set up the paint table on Christmas morning before the festivities began and primed the stiffeners and inside the aileron skin.
On the 26th I used the C-frame to back rivet the stiffeners to the skin. I removed the blue plastic from the spar and edge finished with a file, edge deburring tool, and the Scotchbrite wheel. I deburred the lightening holes with the deburring tool and Scotchbrite pads. Clamped the A-408 reinforcements to the spar, locating them as per the plans. Match drilled the A-408 to the spar, inserting clecos as I drilled. Drilled both inboard and outboard ends.
