Brief Description: Deburr Skeleton, Prime Skins Right Wing
Finished dimpling the wing walk doubler and wing skins. Removed the blue plastic from the inside of the skins. Washed all parts in Dawn dish soap and water, then set out to air dry.
While the parts were drying I deburred the rest of the holes in the skeleton. Then set up the paint table and primed the inside of the top skins and both sides of the doubler.
Used the squezer to dimple the ribs and rear spar. Followed up the dimples on the rear spar with a few turns of the deburring tool to clean up the dimples per the plans. Checked the fit with my sample skin and the dimples are nice and snug.
