Brief Description: Edge Finish and Deburr Right Wing Top Skin
Started to work on the top skins for the right wing. I had been storing the horizontal stab on a cross brace of the wing stand. I moved that and then moved the brace down to the bottom of the stand to allow full access to the top of the wing. I removed the outboard skin and edge finished with files, emory paper and scotchbrite. Used the vixen flie, flat file, emory paper and scotchbrite to taper the skin for the scarf joint. Deburred all the holes and scuffed the inside of the skin for priming.
As I started to remove the inboard skin I forgot the doubler was cleco'd underneath the skin and it dropped out. Landed on the corner and put a small bend in the doubler. I spent some time with the flanging pliers to straighten out the bend and cleaned up a small nick in the edge with file and emory. Then deburred all the holes.
