Brief Description: Scarf Joint and Deburr Left Wing
Completed the deburring on the inboard ribs and the spar. Edge finished the inboard skin with file, emery paper and scotchbrite pads.
Worked the scarf joint on the inboard skin. Since this skin is thicker, I used the vixen file to start removing material. Used same process as outboard skin, file first to establish the angle then blend in and smooth out the file marks with sanding and scotchbrite. I hung the skins on the skeleton and checked progress several times until I was satisfied with the smooth transition of the joint.
