Brief Description:  Pressure Test Right Tank

Cleaned excess sealant from rivet holes in baffle to skin joint for the left tank. Used sharpened popsicle stick and de-burring tool to make sure there was no dried sealant in the countersinks.

Was too cold to work outside, so I decided to do the right tank test indoors. I used some electrical tape on the vent line fitting and two pieces of safety wire to try and get a good seal. The balloon held air much better than last time, so I took the tank into the shower and was able to spray the soap and water mixture on the tank and had plenty of time to look carefully for leaks. There were no leaking rivets at all! Only a small leak where the fitting went into the drain and at the balloon. One tank done.
