Wiped all areas down with MEK, mixed 10 grams of sealant, washed additional rivets in MEK. Double checked rivet length and found that my calculations were correct, it is just tough for me to set these rivets well. Successfully set new rivet in inboard end, got two of four on the outboard end set well. Drilled the two bad rivets on outboard end, remembered to protect area with tape before drilling. Cleaned up area with MEK and set final two rivets. Used excess sealant to cover factory and shop heads of rivets on inboard end.
