Brief Description:  Seal End Ribs on Right Tank

Assembled all parts for installing inboard and outboard ribs. Thoroughly cleaned all mating surfaces with MEK. Put tape lines down to assist in making good fillets on ribs. Mixed 60 grams of sealant for inboard rib. Installed the AN833-4D bulkhead ell for the vent line with sealant on both sides of rib, under the shoulder of ell and under the spacer. Torqued the mounting nut to 85 inch pounds. (Searched the web for proper torque value and found range of 75 - 95 inch pounds or just good and tight. Split the difference at 85) Put some sealant around the nut and made a fillet around the spacer. Put sealant on skin and flange of rib and installed rib with 100 % clecos. Made a second batch of 60 grams of sealant for outboard rib. I used a soft AN470A-6-4 rivet to close the openining in the aft tooling hole. I was able to squeeze this rivet with the hand squeezer. Applied sealant to the rivet on both sides, then applied sealant to the skin and flange of the rib. Installed the rib with 100% clecos. Also used some excess sealant and put a dab on the snap in bushings for the vent line to be sure they won't move.
