Spent a couple of hours cleaning excess sealant out of tank dimples with a sharpened popsicle stick and deburring tool. Wiped area down with MEK prior to riveting. Got Kevin over to help buck rivets inside tank. We wet installed each rivet, wiped excess sealant off of manufactured head, wiped selant off shank of rivet and then set rivet. We also regularly wiped off the rivet gun mushroom set, bucking bars, rivet gauge, tweezers for picking up and inserting rivets, etc. Had a few rivets that were bad shop heads due to bucking bar slipping on the wet sealant, and we marked these for replacement. Put rivets in every third hole starting from nose and working aft down the center rib, then moved one rib to right and repeated process. Did the same for rib to left of center and then finally each rib on the end of the five interior ribs.
