Remove four bad rivets. I cleaned sealant from rivet heads with a scotchbrite pad. Centerpunched each rivet head with spring punch and enlarged with hammer and punch. Used electric drill to drill head of rivet and pried off heads with #40 punch. All heads came off well and rivets were drilled on center, so I drilled into shank to minimize the force required to remove them. All rivets came out cleanly and holes are within tolerance to stay with -3 rivets for replacements. Cleaned remaining sealant from dimples with scotchbrite.
