Made two 1/2 inch wide blanks from 0.025 inch sheet stock for tank vent line clips as shown in plans. Deburred edges and rounded corners on the scotchbrite wheel. Used a 1/4 inch drill shank as a mandrel to bend the blank into the shape shown on plans. Took a few tries and experiments with varoius pliers, clamps and the vise to get curves right. Measured length on fuel cap flange and cut off excess material, rounded corners and finished edges.
Second clip was made in about 1/4 of the time it took for the first one!
