I removed the tank from the wing and deburred the holes in the W-423 join plate. With the tank on the bench I reduced the cleco's to one in every other hole on the top and bottom of the tank for all the ribs and the baffle. I drilled and deburred the open holes in the top of the tank. Moved all the clecos and then drilled and deburred the remaining holes.
