Used the T-410 to make a cardboard template for the rib tip. Marked the bracket for the wing tip. Drilled 1/4 inch holes in the corners of the bracket to make the radii depicted on the plans. Used the band saw to rough out the part. Began working to final shape with a vixen file and grinding wheel.
Note: During some internet research after the fact I found out aluminum on a grinding wheel can be very dangerous. I removed the wheel, destroyed it, and bought a combination disk/belt sander for further aluminum shaping.
