Brief Description:  Drill and Countersink Right Tank

Removed W-423 from the tank, deburred the holes, and reinstalled on the leading edge. Match drilled the bottom of the right tank to the skin, deburred all holes and marked the outside of the tank. Match drilled the rib/baffle holes. Set up the #40 microstop countersink on some test material, then countersunk the spanwise holes that join the tank and baffle. These countersinks cut the .032 skin to a sharp edge, so I will have to be very carefull not to expand these holes when I disassemble the tank and deburr the inside of the skin. I used a rivet to periodically check the countersink depth. Drilled the skin holes for the spar mounting screws to #19 using a wood block to back the material while drilling. Also drilled the W-423 screw holes to #19. Deburred all holes.
