Brief Description: Right Wing Spar Inspection Cover Platenuts
Worked on right wing spar to drill, debur and countersink the platenut mounting holes. Installed platenuts with rivet squeezer. Finished edge work on inspection covers, drilled, deburred and dimpled the screw holes. Reset the #40 countersink for the screw holes in the spar. Made the depth with several incremental changes in the countersink cage. Used the inspection cover to check the depth. Once satisfied the depth was correct, I countersunk all screw holes on left and right spar.
