The rivet removal tool would not fit squarely on the rivets inside the stab. Drilled these freehand using an angle drill attachment. I put a piece of scap sheet down inside the stab to protect the skin while drilling. I removed all the rivets inside the stab, then went back and used the rivet removal tool for the remaining rivets holding the angle bracket.
