I decided to do the Service Bulletin on the horizontal stab before beginning work on the fuselage. Read over the instructions several times and watched a good video on you-tube to get familiar with the entire process. Began removing the rivets on the inboard nose and main ribs on the top of the stab. Drilled with #42 bit, removed the factory head and used a spring punch with a bucking bar for support to punch out the rivet bodies.
