Disassembled the trim tab. Deburred all holes on both sides. Edge finished all parts. Scuffed parts with scotchbrite to prep for priming. Used the deburring tool on a power screwdriver to machine countersink the top of the spar. Process worked well, and I checked each countersink with a rivet for proper depth. Dimpled all holes in the skin, trim control horns and bottom of the spar. Used the "close quarters" dies and pop rivet tool on two aft holes in the skin for E-717. Ordered a flange riveting yoke from Cleaveland tools to assist in assembling the trim tab.
