Cleco'd the spar reinforcing plates E-610 and E-611 to the spar and drilled all holes to #30. Fluted the end rib and counterbalance rib to straighten. Cleco'd the end rib and counterbalance rib together and drilled to #30. Cleco'd the rib assembly to the spar and drilled to #30. Disassembled all parts and deburred holes. Edge finished the spar, ribs and reinforcing plates.
