Drilled the stiffeners and the skin on top and bottom of right elevator to final size with a #40 bit. Used a piece of MDF for the backing so I could cleco the stiffeners to the board as I drilled. Deburred all the stiffener holes in the skin and stiffeners. Scuffed the stiffeners and skin with a scotchbrite pad in preparation for priming.
