Marked the 404 and 405 for the right stab. Fluted the flanges to straighten the ribs, marked the centerlines and put them back in the assembly. Drilled the 405 to rear spar mounting and cleco'd together. clamped the top and bottom flanges and match drilled the 405 using the skin as a guide. Drilled the forward spar flange, again usin the skin as a guide. My new 710 and 714 angles are due in 28 Jan, so I will re-make them before proceeding on the stabilizer.
