Began on the battery hold down strap. Located stock and cut to size per the plans. Did layout for lightening holes. Drilled pilot holes, then used step drills in the drill press to open holes to full size. Clamped mounting brackets to box and drilled for rivets, cleco as I went. Deburred all holes for brackets. Decided to make the front of box removable to facilitate battery remove and install. Cut pieces of hinge material to rivet onto front corners of box. Used the dremel cut off wheel to cut corners of box and deburred edges. Dimpled holes for mounting brackets withe the squeezer.
