Brief Description: Prepare to Drill Horizontal Stab
I watched the Karetaker videos on how to drill the horizontal stab to the fuselage and will follow his process for drilling and marking the bolt holes. Made some preliminary marks for the first holes but was not confident they were exactly correct. Cleaned off marks and started again. Finally got marks that adequately address the edge distance issues on all the various sub-structure for the two outboard forward spar bolts. Had a little interference with the bars on the F-711 bulkhead as Karetaker did. I elected to use a vixen file to adjust the angle on the outboard sides of the bars instead of removing material from the inner flange on the F-711 as Karetaker did. Shaved a little at a time until the stab nested snugly between the bars with the 3/16 spacers under the aft spar. Decided to call it a day and drill the first holes when fresh.
