I asked Ken and Kevin to assist in Sikaflexing the canopy back onto the frame. We decided the best way to do it was Sika the canopy on the bench then put it on the frame on the fuselage. We applied the Aktivator to the canopy and the frame, waited the required time and then applied Sikaflex bead to the canopy. Kevin and Ken then lifted the canopy over the fuselage while I was inside to guide it in. We put the canopy on then cleco'd it to the side rails. I used a popsicle stick to make prliminary fillets on the inside. I climbed out and we clamped the frame to the fuselage in the proper closed position. Then we let the Sikaflex set to hold everyting in proper alignment.
