I have come to the realization that I will not be able to correct the canopy frame with the glass attached. Researched removal of Sikaflex and found you can cut it with a guitar string. Got a couple of strings (the two with smallest diameter) from my son Joe, made two toggles and tried cutting my parctice piece of Sikaflex. The taught string cut the Sika easily. Moved on to canopy and worked the string all around cutting the Sika adhesive. Once canopy was free I started cleaning up the cuts with a razor knife. Will not try to remove all Sika, just clean up enough to give good area to re-bond the canopy to the frame.
