Brief Description: Drill Aft Canopy Rails for Nutplates
Removed aft canopy rails from fuselage. Cleco'd tracks on and drilled remaining track mounting holes to #40, cleco as I went. Upsized to #30, the upsized for screws, inserted screws as I upsized the #30 holes. Deburred all holes. Drilled the mounting holes for nutplates and deburred. Used the deburring tool to countersink rails for oops rivets to hold nutplates. Aft hole is through several layers, so oops wouldn't work, I don't have rivets long enough. I countersunk these nutplate holes for regular rivets. Scuffed the inside of canopy rails to prepare for touching up primer.
