I drilled the mounting holes in the canopy tracks to #40 and deburred the holes. Clamped the tracks to the fuselage and checked measurement with the plans for spacing and that tracks are parallel. Inboard edge of track will run right along edge of canopy rail. Put the frame on for an initial look. To drill the bolt hole in the aft slide block I first looked at using the drill press. The block material is somewhat flexible and I didn't think I could get a good straight hole. I made a drill guide from some angle that I trimmed to the exact length of the block then clamped on and drilled one side #40 and then the other. Holes line up well.
