I drilled the mounting holes in the F-652 and bulkhead up to #30 and deburred. Cleco'd the F-652 on the bulkhead and match drilled to #19 for screws. Inserted screws in holes to keep alignment. Removed and deburred. Used a nutplate jig to drill mounting holes for nutplates. Deburred holes. Used the squeezer to dimple the bulkhead and the nutplates. Ran a screw through the nutplates. Used the squeezer to rivet on the nutplates.
