I realized the problem with clecoing the seat ribs was I hadn't checked them for straightness before assembling. Removed the skin and dis assembled the skeleton to get a rib out. Sure enough it was curved like a bannana. Broke out the fluting pliers and went to work straightening the ribs and used the tool I built to make all the flanges 90 degrees to the web. Reinstalled the straight ribs in the skeleton.
Marked the centerline on the F-715 ribs for future use in installing them.
