Reassembled the center section skeleton, installed the modified seat belt anchors and torqued the bolts, marking all with torque seal.
Decided to keep the structure vertical for hanging the skin, but needed more clearance at the bottom (forward) end for skin overlap. Replaced the 2x4s with 4x4s and gained required clearance. Began clecoing the skin on to the structure, spars and baggage ribs went well but seat ribs were being difficult. Stopped for the day to think about it.
