In preparing to cleco on the bottom skin I noticed several seat belt achors interfered with ribs or spacers. The plans called for modifying the seat belt anchors as required to relieve the interference with the skeleton structure. Found four anchors with interference issues. Marked the edge distance from the mounting hole on the flange, then estimated the amout of material that had to be removed. Used the belt sander to make initial cut, being careful not to remove too much material. Test fit a couple of times and got a good fit while maintaiing edge distance. Repeated this process for the other three anchors.
Once all were modified, I washed in Dawn dish soap, let dry, and touched up the bare metal with white enamel paint.
