Brief Description: Deburr Tailcone, Cleco F-706

Dis-assembled the tailcone components and deburred all holes. Used the belt sander to smooth the welds to make parts sit flush between the bulkheads. Inserted the J-channels into the assembly. Cleco'd the F-706 to the assembly and F-729A to the bottom skin.
