I marked the end of a J-channel for the angle cut as decribed in the plans. Drilled at the intersection and used dremel with cut-off wheel to trim. Used files to make cuts final size and round off corners. Finished end with emory cloth and scotchbrite. Repeated process for the remaining J-channels, making sure to make one of each size a left and a right.
