Measured and marked the holes on the F-706 for the static line, rudder cables and optional wire run holes. Center punched and drilled a pilot hole, then used the step drill to open the holes to the diameter called out in the plans. Deburred all holes then repeated the process for the rest of the bulkheads in the tail. Made the F-729C angle per the plans.
