Washed, dried and primed the ribs and web stiffeners. While they were drying, I went to Kevin the master woodworker for help on making the spacer blocks called out in the plans for assembling the bulkhead. Used his table saw to cut blocks of the required width. Brought them home and glued them together.
Once the primer was dry I used the squeezer to rivet on the nutplates. Put the bolts through and cleco's the ribs, then used the gun and bucking bar to rivet them on. Then riveted on the web stiffeners.
