Marked the F-633s to drill a 1/4 inch hole in the corners of the cut out for a radius. Started to cut out the area on the band saw but could not make the turn at the corner. Driled additional holes to help get the saw around the corner. Once the rough cut was done I used files, belt sander and Dremel sanding drums to smooth the edge. Finished with scotchbrite wheel.
