I deburred all the holes in the firewall, then set up for countersinking the stiffeners. I used some 2 x 4 pieces and drilled and cleco'd the stiffener to the boards. This gave a stable work platform and also helped guide the nose of the countersink. Worked my way through all the parts using this technique.
