Washed and dried the angles and brackets, then primed with NAPA 7220. Once dry I riveted the angles to the bulkhead with the squeezer. Reassembled the bulkhead and panel, then installed the brackets. Radio rack is nice and secure now.
Located the mounting hole for the OAT probe on the fuselage under the horizontal stab. This loaction will keep it out of the sun and well away from the engine exhaust. Drilled the hole up with a step drill and deburred. Installed the probe and ran the wires through plastic tubing I had previously installed in the aft fuselage.
