I borrowed an old PC680 battery from Ken to properly size the battery box. I clamped the box around the battery and then marked location for one side of first hinge. Drilled the first side to the box and held it in place with some unset rivets from inside to locate the second half of the hinge. Locted and drilled second half of first hinge. Then repeated the process for the hinge on the other side. Deburred all holes and cleco'd together for a check of the fit.
