Brief Description: Make Pass Throughs in Main Spar
Location for right side hole looked good so I drilled using #40 long bit in a drill guide from the forward side. I also put some wood in between the faces to help keep the bit square when it transitioned to the aft face. Pilot hole came out well, so I upsized to #30 from front and back, then used step drill to open up to 3/4. Deburred inside and out. Holes came out very well aligned. Repeated process on the left side. Pushed and pulled a piece of conduit through the each of the spar holes.
