Reassembled the forward fuselage structure and checked mark for screw hole with panel. Marks were good and drilled the screw holes. Put forward skin on and marked location of the instrument panel on the side rails. Removed the skin and checked mark alignment. Used a screw and nut to secure the F-721C to the panel, rechecked alignment and drilled to the side rail. Repeat process for the other side.
