There are several bolts through the main spar that hold the landing gear fixtures for a 7A. These bolts just fill holes for the 7. Since I had the floor panels off I decided to install and torque the bolts. I made a tool to help with the nuts on the bottom by cutting a slot in a paint stir stick and adding some double sided tape. This held the nuts while I started them by turning the bolt. I taped a piece of angle to an open end wrench to hold the nuts while I torqued from the bolt side. Got all six installed on each side without much trouble.
Wiped down seat parts with a damp cloth and dryer sheet. Applied final paint, Rustoleum Smoke Grey, on the paint table. Set aside to dry.
Started on the forward covers by locating parts, removing plastic, and edge finishing. Test fit the F-7114 gussets. Right side fit well, left will require some adjustment.
