Brief Description:  F-6111 Ribs

I found some good descriptions on how to trim and install the F-6111 ribs on VAF website. I marked the centerline on the outboard flange of the right rib and marked the ends to trim the flanges to fit the longeron and the bulkhead. The overall length of the ribs is very close, hardly any trimming required. I trimmed the flanges in stages and checked the fit often. Once I had the fit pretty good I clamped the rib in place so the centerline was visible through the skin. Then drilled from bottom to top, clecoing and checking centerline as I went. As I got close to the top a bit more trimming was required. Once all holes were drilled, I removed the right rib, edge finished and used it as a model to start trimming the left rib. Went through the same process on the left, but it went faster due to the better initial trim.
