I drilled the F-656 gusset plates to the longerons and cleco'd as I went. Then drilled them to the bulkheads. I used the squeezer to set the bottom two rivets on the F-706 bulkhead that were removed back on 25 Feb.
When I initially trimmed the forward ends of the J-stringers I drilled the hole for the corner of the cutout a bit too far into the mounting flange. As I shortened the J-stringers this mistake moved closer to the rivet hole on the end. I didn't like the edge distance from the end hole, so I decided to add a doubler to the end of each J-channel. Cut the doublers from some .025 scrap long enough to capture the end three rivets. Clamped the doubler to the J-channel for drilling.
