My new neigbor Doug Lomheim is an RV-9 builder. He came over to see the project and we discussed the skin problem. He helped remove cleco's and re-align the skin so we could drill the remaining holes in the problem corner to #40. We tried several ways to cleco on the skin, but none worked. After he left, I tried rolling the skin on the bench again to improve the fit, but put a small kink in the right side.
